Intro to Pole Dancing - 4 Week Series
Are you new to Pole Dancing? Then this series is for you!
Lioness Pole Den is a member-only studio and we thrive on providing our clients the best studio experience possible so we curated this bad-ass program to help you on your journey of becoming a flourishing pole dancer!
This 4-week series will introduce you to foundations of pole dancing, flexibility, and basic pole conditioning. Learn new moves and unlock new energy.
Class meets once a week to explore new tricks, transitions, and strengths all while building confidence on and off the pole. This series is specially curated for beginner pole dancers. No experience is necessary.
What do I wear?
We recommend wearing leggings or shorts, tank top, sports bra and bringing a pair of socks to class. Please remove all jewelry on wrists and hands and try to refrain from using lotions and oils before class to ensure proper grip. Knee pads are highly recommended and can be purchased in studio.
When do we meet?
Fridays 6:00PM-7:00PM
Beginning May 9th-May 30th
$144 for the 4-week series includes 4 classes.
There are no make-up classes offered during the series or refunds on purchased series, so please make sure your schedule aligns with the dates below.

Classes run on Fridays from 6PM-7PM on the following dates:
5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30
*New students must register for beginner series before gaining access to other classes offered at the studio*
